Easy to prepare salty caramel sauce, which is ideal for watering cheesecakes, puddings, ice cream, cakes, fruits and other sweets! For its preparation, you only need 5 ingredients: sugar, water, a pinch of salt, butter and fatty cream. Do not worry if the finished sauce turns liquid. Cool it and put it in the fridge, the sauce will become thick and viscous. Salt, of course, you can not add, then you will get an ordinary caramel sauce.

- Sugar - 1 glass.
- Water is 1/4 cup.
- Butter - 4 tbsp. l.
- Fat cream - 1/2 cup.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar and water are placed in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and cook for 9-11 minutes to an amber color.
- Then add pieces of butter and mix until it dissolves completely. Be careful, the mixture can bubble violently.
- Now pour a thin trickle of cream, whisking constantly. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add a pinch of salt and mix. Finished caramel sauce pour into a glass jar and allow it to cool down completely, then cover and place in the refrigerator.
