Mint sauce Chantilly

Mint Chatni is a delicious spicy sauce made from fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic. Garlic and coriander leaves saturate the flavor of this sauce and slightly knock down a strong mint flavor. Prepare it in a mortar, not a food processor and you will get a more delicate texture. Enjoy the delicious taste of this Indian chutney with a pleasant refreshing aroma with main dishes or with sandwiches.


Cook time:

  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup.
  • Coriander leaves - 1 glass.
  • Garlic (denticles) - 2 pcs.
  • Chili pepper green - 2 pcs.
  • Ginger grated - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • Water - 1 tbsp. l.
  1. Mint sauce Chantilly Grind garlic, chili, ginger, sugar and salt in a mortar, meat grinder or food processor.
  2. Mint sauce Chantilly Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of water.
  3. Mint sauce Chantilly Grind again to the desired consistency. Delicious mint chutney is ready.
