Salad with radish and cucumber

Thanks to greenhouse farms, you can prepare a salad of radishes and cucumbers at any time of the year. However, the most delicious mix is ​​obtained from ground vegetables - the first early cucumbers and a young radish.

If the salad is prepared only from cucumbers and radishes, and as a dressing take a spoonful of lean oil, then 100 g contains:

  • protein 0.9 g;
  • fat 2.5 g;
  • carbohydrates 2.9 g;

  • cucumbers, herbs size of 7-9 cm - 500 g;
  • radish young - 300 g;
  • dill, greens - 10 g;
  • Lenten oil, odorless - 40 ml;
  • salt.
