If you ever wondered what you can bake meat with, try this option! A light and bright recipe for baked pork with apples and plums you can cook on any day of the week. In general, pork can be baked with pineapple, oranges, kiwi, onions, garlic and spices, which only underline the wonderful taste of meat. Fruits perfectly complement the taste of generously flavored pork. It turns out juicy and very tasty!

- Pork tenderloin - 700 g.
- Butter - 2 tbsp. l.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Plums - 4 pcs.
- Apples - 2 pcs.
- Salt, pepper c / m and spices - to taste.
- Plums and peeled apples are cut into small pieces. In a baking dish, greased with butter, lay chopped onions and apples with plums.
- Pour the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. Place on top of the fruit and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake the pork in the oven, heated to 210 degrees C for 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes, then cut into slices 3 cm thick and serve by laying the meat over the fruit.
