Want to cook a warm and delicious dessert? In this recipe, the aroma of fresh sweet apples perfectly blends with cinnamon. All you want after baking is to pour yourself tea or coffee, and enjoy this simple pie in the company of friends.

  • Flour - 2.5 stacks.
  • Cinnamon - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Baking Powder - 2 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • Butter - 220 g.
  • Brown sugar - 1,5 stack.
  • Eggs - 3 pieces.
  • Kefir - 1/2 stack.
  • Apples - 3-4 pieces.
  1. Apple cupcake    Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees C. Place the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, soda in the bowl and mix thoroughly. In a separate large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, buttermilk (or kefir). Gradually add the dry mixture and mix.
