Gem against colds

Description of preparation:
This jam should not be done in large quantities, as it can be cooked without problems during the whole year. The composition includes ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and rosemary, which have medicinal properties. If you do not like apples, then make jam only from pears and vice versa. Do not put a lot of cinnamon, it will break all other flavors. When you rub the ginger, lay only the flesh, remove all sinewy fibers. Good luck!

  • Apple - 600 Grams
  • Pear - 600 Grams
  • Fresh ginger - 60 Grams
  • Sugar - 1 Kilogram
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Rosemary - 2 pieces
  • Cardamon - 10 pieces
  • Cinnamon - To taste
