Tortilla from wheat flour

Description of preparation:
Tortilla is used daily in Mexican cuisine: it is served with sauces, and it is eaten instead of bread. It can be made from wheat or corn flour. It can be eaten immediately from a frying pan or after cooling. Cakes are perfectly stored in a plastic bag.

  • Wholemeal flour - 1 glass
  • Wheat Flour - 1 Glass
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder - 1.5 teaspoons
  • Vegetable oil - 2 teaspoons
  • Water - 3/4 Glass
  1. Tortilla from wheat flourMix in a bowl of whole wheat flour with wheat flour, add salt, baking powder.
