This bread is ideal for sweet sandwiches, for example, with peanut butter, with jam or with butter and honey. Use raw sunflower seeds instead of fried, because they often add salt. Bread turns rosy, aromatic, with a sweet taste.

Ingredients:

  • Water - 250 Milliliters
  • Honey - 2 Art. spoons
  • Dry fast-acting yeast - 2 teaspoons
  • Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
  • Sunflower seeds - 0,5 Cups
  • Wholemeal flour - 1.5 cups
  • Salt - 0,5 st. spoons
  • Wheat flour - 1,5-2 Cups
  • Eggs (Protein) - 1 Piece
  1. Bread with seedsIn warm water, add yeast and honey, mix and leave for a while.
  2. Bread with seeds In the bowl of the blender, cut the seeds of the sunflower.
  3. Bread with seedsIn a bowl, pour a glass of whole-grain flour, add sunflower seeds to it.
  4. Bread with seedsAdd olive oil to the flour, pour in the yeast mixture, mix and add the remaining 0.5 cups of wholemeal flour.
  5. Bread with seedsAdd the usual flour: first 0.5 cups, stir, add a little.
  6. Bread with seedsPut the dough on a table, sprinkled with flour and knead the dough for about 5 minutes, so that it does not stick to your hands.
