Ingredients:
- Apples - 400 Grams
- Sugar - 100-120 Grams
- Orange - 1 piece
- Agar-agar - 1.5 teaspoons
- Water - 120 Milliliters
The process of cooking natural marmalade begins with squeezing the juice of an orange.
Dissolve agar in orange juice and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
Apples are washed, peeled and cut into pieces.
We put apples in a sleeve for baking and we send in an oven to softness.
Baked apples we shift into the pot, blender pyuriruem into a homogeneous mass.
Add the applesauce in the sugar, water, put on fire and boil for 5 minutes. Slowly pour in the orange juice with the agar, and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
Pour the contents of the pan to the form and leave solidify at room temperature for 2 hours. We transfer it to the parchment leaf, sprinkled with sugar.
