Roll in a cupcake

Description of preparation:
Delicate chocolate-chocolate cake with a pleasant citrus note. In general, chocolate and orange, in my opinion, the perfect combination! Try it! By the way, I baked a cake in the form of 20x10x7.

  • Eggs - 2 pieces (RULET: all products below)
  • Sugar - 2 Art. spoons
  • Dry milk - 2 items. spoons
  • Flour wheaten / grade - 2 Art. spoons
  • Baking Powder - 3 Grams
  • Vanillin - 1 Pinch
  • Orange jam - 3 Art. spoons
  • Butter - 80 Grams (CEKS: all products below)
  • Sugar - 4 Art. spoons
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Sour cream - 3 st. spoons
  • Flour wheaten / grade - 6 Art. spoons
  • Cocoa powder - 3 items. spoons
  • Orange peel - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Chocolate drops for baking - 2 items. spoons
  1. Roll in a cupcake "Orange Blues"First we bake rolls. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Whisk the eggs with sugar until a lush white mass forms.
  2. Roll in a cupcake "Orange Blues"Pour in the flour sifted with baking powder, vanillin and powdered milk and mix a gentle dough with a quick spatula.
  3. Roll in a cupcake "Orange Blues"Pour the dough on a sheet with a baking mat. Smooth and bake until pink - just a few minutes.
  4. Roll in a cupcake "Orange Blues"Prepare the biscuit gently on the towel and remove the rug. Lubricate with orange jam and roll into a roll. Wrap in a towel and leave.

  10. Roll in a cupcake "Orange Blues"Bake the cake for about half an hour, checking for a toothpick. Then carefully remove the cake from the mold on the grate and cool completely.
