Green beans with potatoes

Description of preparation:
When a green string bean appears, it can be very easily prepared for future use: cut off the tips of the pods, wash, dry, cut into pieces or leave whole, put in sachets and freeze. Stored perfectly and always at hand. I propose to put it out with potatoes, by the way, in the future you can use frozen beans, if you want to treat yourself to a summer dish.

  • Fresh beans - 1 Kilogram
  • Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Celery stalk - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 Teeth
  • Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
  • Salt - To taste
  1. Green beans with potatoesFirst, peel the beans, cutting off the ends and the antennae, then rinse thoroughly in a large amount of water. Also, clean, rinse and cut into small pieces of celery stalks. In a large saucepan with boiling salted water, simmer the beans and celery for 3 minutes.
  2. Green beans with potatoesAdd the potatoes, peeled, washed and cut into large pieces. Cook all the vegetables for another 7-10 minutes.
