  • White wheat flour - 800 Grams (200 g in leaven, 600 g in dough)
  • Whole-wheat flour - 200 Grams
  • Olive oil - 40 milliliters
  • Sugar - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
