If you are tired of oatmeal, buckwheat and pearl barley, prepare an easy dietary salad with an "overseas" croup of kinoa, which is perfect for diet or fasting. Boiled rice quinoa with aromatic dressing from juice and a peel of a lemon, garlic, a basil and Dijon mustard, is supplemented with fresh tomatoes, tofu cheese, green onions, carrots and a string bean.
